TRAINING: Experience personalized sessions tailored to enhance your full-body strength and mobility through deep, low-impact movements. My sessions focus on the principles of Mat Pilates, Ballet and biomechanics of the movement, which promotes not only long-lasting muscle tone but also emphasizes the importance of the mind-body connection. Each session will guide you through targeted exercises that strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and foster a sense of balance and awareness.  DANCE: In my dance classes, I prioritize teaching the foundational skills essential for success right from the start. Each session is designed to be both technical and engaging, ensuring that you get an effective workout while honing your artistic abilities. We will focus on improving key aspects of your dancing, including movement quality, speed, power, stamina, fitness, and resilience. I offer a diverse range of styles, including contemporary dance, ballet, Argentine Tango, and Folklore Tango, allowing you to explore various dance forms and discover your unique rhythm. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your skills, my classes will provide you with the tools and techniques needed to thrive in your dance journey.
